Join us for some narrow escapes! We're Colin and Shaun. In 2018 we sold our home and built a canal narrowboat called Silver Fox that we lived aboard and travelled the UK's 2,000 miles of rivers and canals as continuous cruisers, campaigning for mental health issues along the way. We'll show you how we built our narrowboat, our canal journeys around some beautiful English countryside, nail-biting adventures, and everything that goes with an off-grid life cruising the canal network.
