YASIRUN YASIN SHABAN was born in Tanga and raised in Dar es Salaam, first child to a mother of two kids and a 3rd kid to her Father. With her stage name “YAMMI” Carrying a meaning of delicious & spicy. The dream to become a musician started back in primary school and confidence was built when she started competing in advance talents back in High School, Her biggest Inspiration was all Indian music and it has always been that way, dreams do come true her first studio session made it easy to believe all was possible. 2022 after her TikTok perfoming videos going viral, a call from her inspiration and role model “Nandy” made a call that brought life to believing music career was the real path, Despite having two other talents being cooking & painting Yammi Chose to give music All her heart to make sure she fulfill.
