Between 1987 and 1992 The KLF worked under various names, including The Justified Ancients of Mu Mu, The JAMs, The Timelords and The KLF. In 1991 they were the biggest selling singles band in the world. In 1992 they deleted all of their recorded work. Since 1992 several films have been made and books written to explore, understand and uncover their work.In 2017 they began working on the People’s Pyramid. From 23rd of August 2023, all their filmed work, is archived at the British Film Institute. From 23rd of November 2023, all their recorded work, is archived at the British Library.The KLF Re-Enactment Society exist to re-enact the work of The KLF.
