Sailing Yabá

I am sailing an 80+ foot wooden schooner to new places, testing her limits and taking her further than ever before. Of course, it had to start somewhere: in 2020, after buying her, her rotten hull, deck, and interior were completely ripped out and transformed before being lost forever. Rebuilt from the keel up alongside incredible local shipwrights, an abandoned wreck became a true ocean-going home. Now, a bold new chapter begins. With two dogs by my side, I’m pushing Yabá into uncharted waters, discovering remote places, and living the raw, real adventure of life at sea.
