Then as an adult, I rediscovered martial arts, and it drastically improved my life. I created this channel in 2016 to remind myself to keep training and keep learning. I currently dabble in Savate and Muay Thai. I have trained in boxing, kickboxing, Capoeira, Aikido, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). I've also explored American Kenpo and Wing Chun. I always seek to learn, and my Fight Commentary Breakdowns guests will cover various styles and expertise. This channel will provide fight commentary, news, research and humor. We will break down combat sports, MMA trends, and self-defense myths. We seek to learn what really works for the various situations in life, adding our brand of humor.
