What an honour to be awarded the Gouden Schoen 2023! 🏆😍

2023 was the most crazy year of my professional career. I came back to the city I love the most with one goal in mind: winning trophies. And so we did! The Cup, the Championship, the Supercup and the first ever Champions League campaign for The Great Old!

First of all, I want to thank my beautiful wife, lovely children, friends and family for always being by my side. I want to thank the club and the owners for giving me the chance to play in my city. I want to thank the coaching staff, my teammates and everyone else in this beautiful club for giving 100% on and off the pitch.

Last but not least, I want to thank our amazing fans for always being there. Together we made memories we won’t ever forget! You’re truly wonderful! ❤️🤍
